How To Place An Order

2. Place the watches you want into your virtual shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add to cart' button.
3. When you have chosen all the watches, select your shipping country, choose your payment method and click 'Checkout'.
4. If you have not shopped at Galawatches.com before, just click on the 'Sign Up Now' button to register a new account with Galawatches.com. Fill in your profiles and your account is created within seconds. If you have shopped at Galawatches.com previously, simply enter your email address and password to login to your account.
5. Now that you have registered/logged in to your account, check the shopping cart for your order details. Proceed to fill in your billing address and shipping address as well as your credit card information. Type in your message to recipient or special instruction (if any) into the text field and click ‘submit’ button.
6. Your order will be processed within 24 hours. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail together with your order number, which you can use to track the status of your order.

How To Track An Order

1. Click “Track Order” link on our homepage to track your order.
2. Enter your email address, password and login to your account.
3. You can see your order(s) placed with Galawatches.com. You can view the order details, status such as processing, delivering and delivered.
4. We will post every information regarding the order to communication center online. Please click ‘1 unread message’ to view your unread/read message.
5. If you would like to contact us regarding the order, please click ‘Post Reply, Feedback or Question’ button. Type in your messages and click ‘Submit’ button. Your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours (from Mon - Friday) and within 48 hours from Saturday and Sunday.
6. We'll notify you once the merchandise dispatched as well as the tracking information via email and to the communication center.
