although a good effort was made by shipping the watch FedEx Priority overnight,
the effort was made on a Friday. This means the watch is delivered on the
next business day - Tuesday - the DAY AFTER New Year's Eve. I do
appreciate the effort and assume it was just an oversight.

think the watch shop is comprehensive and easy to use. The watch was
approximately £200 cheaper than we would pay locally. The only down side
is there is so much choice.

Your prices were less than retail store which was great and providing free gift
wrapping. Making the purchase was nice and easy which is hard to find on most
internet sites. Being able to track my order made me feel secure and confident

which again is almost impossible to receive from websites. Overall A+ service

for the feedback on my watch order. I have indeed received in good order,
the watch that I requested. I was pleasantly surprised, for it was here
before I expected it. To answer some of your questions: I found your service
thru the search engine, google.com. Searching under Casio. I saw this
watch overseas and couldn’t find it here in the states. Although the prices
overseas were somewhat less, I am pleased with the watch received. 100
dollars vs. 65 in
Amsterdam
. The package was personally wrapped in wrapping paper and in
bubble wrapping and shipped in a cardboard container........GREAT......It
wasn’t going to get damaged.....and someone special took extra care to assure
that. All in all.......I was pleased with the service selected. Yes, I
will use the service again in the future potentially. The reason used now was
that the product was not available here in the mid west and I was in a time
pinch for a present for a SPECIAL someone and you assisted in that effort.

I am very impressed with the service your company offered me as well as the
efficiency of the shipment. My package arrived at my house very quickly and
I was very impressed. I did not pay duty for the watch at all. Just to let
you know, the only problem I had was that I would have liked to have received
replies to my emails just a little sooner. Other than that, everything was
perfect. For interest sake, my preferred watch brand is G-Shock and yes, I

I must say that I very happy in the service that galawatches provided with my
new watch, I received my watch 2 day's after I received my tracking number for
a total of 4 days. Would I buy from galawatches.com again? Why not! Every
thing was smooth. And they have the best prices and the watch was in perfect
condition. As for the brand of watch preferred, I like all watches. Again thank
you galawatches for the superb service and product.

am very satisfied with this company’s service. The only draw back is for them
to respond to emails it takes a day because of the time difference, but they
will defiantly respond to any questions by the next morning. I did not have to
pay any taxes extra for my watch.
